We usually run intro offers for about two weeks, sometimes a bit longer. We try to keep our instruments fairly priced for what they offer, and the intro price is simply our way of saying thank you to early adopters!

In the past, we used to run various seasonal sales, but over time we started getting more and more messages about loyalty discounts. That got us thinking it might be time to adjust our pricing model a bit. So instead of focusing on seasonal promotions, we decided to offer more bundles.

This way, you can save on our products all year round without the pressure of a limited-time offer or having to wait months for a sale.

From time to time, we might still run a special discount if there’s a good reason for it - for example, like mentioned earlier to celebrate a release, an update, or just because we feel like it!
